CIMAT has adopted the Kaizen approach to continuously improve the learning process, making it creative, continuous, collaborative, and enjoyable. The Kaizen approach involves developing a plan for a breakthrough change, breaking it down into smaller steps, and systematically implementing each step in collaboration with the people who will be affected by the changes.
