The following certificates in original have to be submitted by the candidate at the time of admission.

Front facing passport size recent photograph with plain background

Print out of the application (College Copy)

Community Certificate

Age Proof (SSLC)

Original mark statement issued by the examination authority

Transfer Certificate received from the institution last studied

Conduct Certificate

Equivalency / Recognition Certificate (if applicable)

Relevant certificate issued by competent authority if you are applying under any reserved / quota / special category

Any other documents (Nativity Certificate / Income / Community / Non-creamy layer

Certificate) as directed by the admitting authorities

One set of attested photocopies of the above certificates

The certificates will be verified within the stipulated time period. If at this stage it is found that the information given by the applicant is false and/ or is not supported by the documents presented, the admission will be immediately cancelled.
