It has been constituted as per the section Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal Act, 2013). It is an active committee comprising staff members (both teaching and non-teaching) and student representative of the college.

OBJECTIVES.

✓ Ensure the protection of employees and students from sexual harassment.

✓ Organise training programmes and workshops for the students to sensitise them and

✓ create awareness of the rights, entitlements, and responsibilities.

✓ Assist if an employee or a student chooses to file a complaint.

✓ Provide a mechanism of dispute redressal and dialogue to anticipate and address issues

Term: The term of the nominated members shall be three years.

Meeting:: The ICC shall meet at least twice a year or when necessary.
