Dr.P.Natarajan, M.A., M.B.A., Ph.D., Principal
He is the principal with more than 34 years of experience in teaching, research, industrial training and development and consultancy. His areas of specialization include Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management and small business management. He was the honorary vice-president and honorary secretary of Coimbatore Management Association and Coimbatore productivity council.

Dr.K.A.Chinnaraju, M.Sc., M.B.A., Ph.D., Director
He is the Director of CIMAT. He has 30 years of teaching, consultancy and HRD experience. His areas of specialization are General Management, Statistics and Operations Research. He teaches these subjects to students of both MBA and MCA.

Dr.M. Manickam, M.Com, Ph.D, Dean
He is the Dean with 39 years experience in teaching and research. His area of specialisation is Accounting, Financial and Investment Management and also Computer Applications in Business.
